How to be mentally prepared for your next job

You have just been accepted into a new job interview, and the hiring manager wants to know when you can start. You probably want a few days to relax or may be willing to jump right at it. What should be your response? Where are a few questions to ask yourself in order to know what to do.

1. Can you survive missing a paycheck?

2. When does your employer want you to start?

3.  Do you need time off to recharge?

4. Do you have questions for your new employer that you want answered before you start?

Answers to these questions should help you decide what to do after you get an offer from a new company and invariably mentally prepare you for the new job.
